การใช้วีซ่าเชงเก้นท่องเที่ยวในกลุ่มประเทศบอลข่าน
Serbia - Albania - Bosnia and Herzegovina - Bulgaria - North Macedonia - Montenegro - Romania

Serbia / Valid Schengen Visa
     Since the 30th of the October 2014 the Republic of Serbia has decided to allow foreigners to enter, transit and stay in its territory without holding a Serbian visa if they have a valid Schengen Visa. The allowed period of stay should not exceed 90 DAYS within a period of 6 MONTHS.
     ตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2014 สาธารณรัฐเซอร์เบียได้ตัดสินใจที่จะอนุญาตให้ชาวต่างชาติเข้า-ต่อเครื่อง และอยู่ในอาณาเขตของตนโดยไม่ต้องถือวีซ่าเซอร์เบีย หากมีวีซ่าเชงเก้นที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ โดยอนุญาตไม่เกิน 90 วันภายในช่วงระยะเวลา 6 เดือน

Albania / Multiple - Entry และวีซ่าต้องเคยถูกใช้ในเชงเก้นมาแล้ว

     Based on the Law No.108/13 “On Foreigners”, by the Decision of the Council of the Ministers No. 513/13 “On the Treatment of Foreigners”, foreigners can enter, transit and stay in the territories of Albania without an Albanian visa if they have a valid, multiple-entry short-say Schengen visa, previously used in one of the Schengen states.The maximum allowed period of stay of this category of foreigners is 90 DAYS in any 180 DAY period.
     ตามกฎหมายฉบับที่ 108/13 เรื่อง "เกี่ยวกับชาวต่างชาติ" โดยการตัดสินใจของคณะรัฐมนตรีฉบับที่ 513/13 "เรื่องการปฏิบัติต่อชาวต่างชาติ" ชาวต่างชาติสามารถเข้า- เดินทางผ่าน และอยู่ในดินแดนของแอลเบเนียได้โดยไม่ต้องมีวีซ่าแอลเบเนียหากมีวีซ่าเชงเก้นแบบ Multiple- Entry และวีซ่าต้องเคยถูกใช้งานมาแล้วในกลุ่มประเทศเชงเก้น ระยะเวลาสูงสุดที่อนุญาตสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ 90 วัน ในช่วงระยะเวลา 180 วัน

Bosnia and Herzegovina / Multiple-Entry และวีซ่าต้องเคยถูกใช้ในเชงเก้นมาแล้วหนึ่งครั้ง
     Foreigners who have a multiple-entry Schengen Visa, can enter and stay in Bosnia and Hercegovina up to 15 DAYS upon every entry per period of 180 DAYS, if visa previously used in one of the Schengen Area.
     ชาวต่างชาติที่มีวีซ่าเชงเก้นแบบ Multiple- Entry สามารถเข้าและอยู่ในบอสเนียและเฮอร์เซโกวีนาได้สูงสุด 15 วันสำหรับทุกๆ การเข้าในช่วงระยะเวลา 180 วัน และวีซ่าเชงเก้นเคยถูกใช้ในประเทศเชงเก้นแห่งใดแห่งหนึ่งมาแล้ว

Bulgaria / Valid Schengen Visa
     Since the 31st of the January 2012 the Republic of Bulgaria has entered into force the decision for a visa-free system to enter, transit and stay, for the holders of valid Schengen Visas. The allowed period of stay in this category of foreigners is up to 90 DAYS in any 6-MONTH period.
     ตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 มกราคม 2012 สาธารณรัฐบัลแกเรียได้มีผลบังคับใช้การตัดสินใจสำหรับระบบปลอดวีซ่าในการเข้า -ต่อเครื่อง และพำนักสำหรับผู้ถือวีซ่าเชงเก้นที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ ระยะเวลาที่อนุญาตให้อยู่ในประเภทนี้ของชาวต่างชาติสูงสุด 90 วันในช่วงระยะเวลา 180 วัน

North Macedonia / Valid Schengen Visa
     Amongst foreigners which can enter, transit and stay in North Macedonia without a national entry visa are foreigners, are those possessing a short-stay Schengen Visa (Type C). The allowed period of stay in this case is 15 DAYS upon every entry per period of 180 DAYS.
     ในบรรดาชาวต่างชาติที่สามารถเข้า- ต่อเครื่อง และพำนักในมาซิโดเนียเหนือโดยไม่ต้องมีวีซ่าเข้าประเทศ ได้แก่ ชาวต่างชาติที่มีวีซ่าเชงเก้นระยะสั้น (ประเภท C) ระยะเวลาที่อนุญาตในกรณีนี้คือ 15 วันสำหรับทุกๆ การเข้าในช่วงระยะเวลา 180 วัน

Montenegro / Valid Schengen Visa
     Foreigners holding a valid Schengen Visa can enter, transit and stay in the territory of the Republic of Montenegro without needing to show a Montenegrian visa. The allowed period of stay to this category is maximum 30 DAYS upon every entry per period of 180 DAYS.
     ชาวต่างชาติที่ถือวีซ่าเชงเก้นที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ สามารถเข้า- ต่อเครื่อง และอยู่ในอาณาเขตของสาธารณรัฐมอนเตเนโกรโดยไม่ต้องแสดงวีซ่ามอนเตเนโกร ระยะเวลาที่อนุญาตให้อยู่ในหมวดหมู่นี้สูงสุด 30 วันสำหรับทุกๆ การเข้าในช่วงระยะเวลา 180 วัน

Romania / Valid Schengen Visa (Type C, Double or Multiple entry) และวีซ่าต้องเคยถูกใช้ในเชงเก้นมาแล้ว
     Foreigners seeking to enter, transit and perform short-stays in Romania, can do that without needing to show national Romanian Visa, if they enjoy a valid Schengen Visa (type C, double or multiple entry). The allowed period of stay must not exceed the period of 90 DAYS within a 6-MONTH period and the visa must be used in the territory of the Schengen area first.
     โรมาเนีย / วีซ่าเชงเก้นที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ (วีซ่าเชงเก้น ประเภท C / แบบ Double or multiple entry.)ชาวต่างชาติที่ต้องการเข้า- ต่อเครื่อง และพักระยะสั้นในโรมาเนีย สามารถทำได้โดยไม่ต้องแสดงวีซ่าโรมาเนีย หากมีวีซ่าเชงเก้นที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ (ประเภท C) ระยะเวลาที่อนุญาตไม่เกิน 90 วัน ภายในระยะเวลา 6 เดือน และต้องใช้วีซ่าในเขตเชงเก้นมาก่อน
